2. BUYING SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ONLINE
Our Online Services
Payment is required to access some computerone.co.nz services ("Fee-Based Services"). They are:
- a computerone.co.nz subscription, which gives you full access to all parts of our website for the term of your subscription;
- access to individual services supplied by computerone.co.nz.
You may also use computerone.co.nz to purchase:
- Any of our other products.
Prices
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). If you require a currency converter, click here http://www.xe.com/ucc/
Price changes
We reserve the right to increase fees or to introduce new prices for our products and services at any time. Any such changes will be published in advance on computerone.co.nz.
Methods of payment
Payment for all online purchases is by bank transfer or credit card only.
Payment dates
ComputerOne.co.nz subscriptions may be paid on either an annual, quarterly or monthly basis.
- For Annual payments, your credit card account will be debited once a year, the first time being when you complete the registration process.
- For Quarterly payments, your credit card account will be debited four times a year, the first time being when you complete the registration process.
- For Monthly payments, your credit card account will be debited twelve times a year, the first time being when you complete the registration process.
For annual, quarterly and monthly subscriptions, we will send you a reminder email at least two weeks before each debit date.
Problems with payments
If we cannot charge your credit card account or do not receive payment owing from you, we will contact you at your most recently updated email address.
If we are unable to contact you by email, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to computerone.co.nz
Your obligations
You agree not to sell, assign or transfer your rights as a computerone.co.nz subscriber.
You agree to pay the Fee-Based Services fees published on computerone.co.nz and any other charges (including Internet connection charges) you incur in order to access the Fee-Based Services.
Your personal information
You agree to provide us with accurate and complete personal information necessary to access the Fee-Based Services. This includes:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your credit card number, type, the name on your card, and the expiry date;
- Your postal address;
- Your contact telephone number.

Your username and password
As part of the registration process, you may select a username and a password. You will use your username and password to gain access to the Fee-Based Services you ordered.
When your access begins
When your order has been processed and your payment has been received, we will confirm your order by:
- A Confirmation of Order message displaying on your computer screen, which you should print out; and
- A Confirmation of Order email message sent to the email address you have supplied.
Your access to Fee-Based Services begins from the date on this Confirmation of Order message.
Security and unauthorized use
You must keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for ensuring there is no unauthorized use of any computerone.co.nz under your username and password.
You agree to notify us promptly if:
- you suspect unauthorized use of your comuterone.co.nz access; or
- know or suspect loss or disclosure of your username or password.
You are liable for any unauthorized use of your online subscription until you notify us and update your username and password.
Updating your personal information
If any of your personal information changes, you agree to notify us promptly, either by logging into computerone.co.nz and updating your account, or by contacting us at http://www.computerone.co.nz/contact
Contacting you
We reserve the right to contact you to notify you about:
- your Online access;
- your use of computerone.co.nz and the Fee-Based Services;
- changes to the computerone.co.nz service;
- changes to these terms and conditions;
- new ComputerOne products, services and promotions; and
- any other information necessary for the operation and security of ComputerOne
Canceling your Online subscription
You may cancel your computerone.co.nz subscription at any time.
To do this, go to "Your Account" page on computerone.co.nz and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact us at http://computerone.co.nz/contact
Except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act, we do not give refunds for cancelled computerone.co.nz subscriptions. When you cancel, your access to computerone.co.nz continues until the end of your current paid up period.
Renewing your online subscription
Your computerone.co.nz subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription.
The renewal fees will be the current published rates for the term of your computerone.co.nz subscription.
For annual, quarterly and monthly subscriptions, we will send you a reminder email at least two weeks before your computerone.co.nz subscription expires. If you do not wish to renew your online subscription, click on the link in the reminder email and follow the instructions. Alternatively, contact us at http://computerone.co.nz/contact
Returns and refunds
Refunds for orders of computer hardware or software will be at the sole discretion of ComputerOne and may be declined for any reason. Any goods must be returned unopened and in their original condition. ComputerOne does not accept any responsibility for goods or services ordered in error. Returned goods may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchased goods or a paid subscription, you may request a full refund for your purchased goods or paid subscription (less any shipping, handling), by contacting us via http://computerone.co.nz/contact within 30 days of starting your subscription or receiving goods or services which may be granted at our discretion.
For faulty goods, a return authorization must be sought by contacting us via http://computerone.co.nz/contact before any goods are returned. We accept faulty returns within 10 days of the initial sale, and any faulty goods discovered to be faulty after the initial 10 day period shall be remain responsibility of the buyer under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
Upgrading Subscriptions
You may upgrade your paid services subscriptions at any time during your paid services subscription term. You agree to pay an initial upgrade fee as advertised on this website at that time. When the upgrade fee has been paid, you will have full access to your upgraded paid service until the end of your upgraded paid service subscription term.
Delivery
All purchased goods ordered online should be received within 10 working days of your order.
